In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered May 8 against Penny Lane Sankey of Fort Dodge on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $95.
Cases were initiated as follows: Steven Logan Dzuris of Jefferson, interference with official acts; and Teresa Ann Turner of Bayard, possession of drug paraphernalia.
